What’s in a face oil? - Balance Me
Find out what’s giving you that healthy glow – Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil and Rosehip Fruit Oil all combine to beautiful effect in our Radiance Face Oil.
Face Oils seem to be a polarising product. Some people love them for their skin-boosting benefits whilst others fear them as they envisage blocked pores and breakouts. We have two face oils to help address various skin concerns. Both are 100% natural, containing key ingredients for radiant, glowing skin.
Our award-winning Radiance Face Oil, dubbed ‘dewy skin in a bottle’ is formulated with powerful natural ingredients to feed and nourish the skin, resulting in instant radiance. Whether your skin is dull, dehydrated or mature, our Radiance Face Oil deeply hydrates and plumps skin.
Containing Rosehip Oil, a popular ingredient for its multiple skin-boosting benefits, it helps to fade scarring, reduce redness and brighten. Want to find a Rosehip Oil for face? Our Radiance Face Oil contains Rosehip Oil alongside a beautifying blend of Sweet Almond Oil, Amazonian Buriti Nut Oil, Benzoin and Yarrow. Whilst Rosehip Oil works to rejuvenate and revive tired, lack-lustre skin, Sweet Almond Oil is rich in essential fatty acids, vitamins and anti-oxidants, to seal moisture into the skin. The addition of Amazonian Buriti Nut Oil, also rich in essential fatty acids, helps to improve skin’s elasticity, firmness, hydration and tone. Meanwhile Yarrow and Benzoin are ancient skin conditioners; great for mature skin to improve skin’s natural lustre and volume.
For those who have sensitive skin, we love our Rose Otto Face Oil, a 100% natural, skin-strengthening rose oil for the face, which works hard to protect sensitive and red complexions. The signature blend of three Rose Essential Oils helps to fortify delicate, reactive skin by stimulating cell production, whilst also bringing the skin’s natural moisture levels back into balance.
Arctic Cloudberry, an anti-oxidant rich fruit plumps, hydrates and protects against environmental damage, whilst Rosehip Oil rejuvenates and revives tired, lack-lustre skin. For those with mature skin, Arctic Cloudberry, Abyssinian and Rosehip Oils help plump and smooth skin, minimising signs of ageing.
Meanwhile the addition of Jojoba Oil, helps improve skin elasticity. Bursting with essential fatty acids, anti-oxidants and vitamins, Jojoba Oil has many skin-boosting benefits, helping to plump and moisturise.
As dry skin is caused by a loss of water in the upper layer of the skin, Jojoba Oil works by forming an oily layer on the top of the skin that traps water in the skin. It also promotes skin health as Jojoba Oil is noncomedogenic, meaning it doesn’t clog pores. Although it’s an oil and we usually think that oil causes breakouts, Jojoba Oil works as a protectant and cleanser.
Facial oils may just be a welcomed addition and essential step to your skincare routine, and the missing part of the puzzle in your quest for healthy, glowing skin.
